I'm Tamara Sockdjou, a fractional operations partner based in Windsor, Ontario, serving Windsor–Essex and the Detroit / Michigan–Ohio border region.

Before I did this for small businesses directly, I did it inside a university research team, a 4,000-person field operations network, and client support systems — same skill, different rooms: take something messy — data, a distributed team, an inbox nobody has time for — and turn it into something that runs predictably.
